What happens during the procedure?
Patient will be given a medicine to fall asleep (general anesthetic) and patient may also be given a medicine to relax (sedative).
In this procedure fat is taken out from desired areas to define musculature. Small incisions about 0.5mm are given through which special tumescent fluid is put. It numbs the whole area and helps in emulsifying the fat. Fat is then sucked out by small liposuction cannulas. Chest

What are the risks?
One might face temporary side effects such as bruising, swelling, tightness, light bleeding, numbness and a tingling sensation. Most of these settle by about 2-3 weeks.
How will be the recovery after procedure?
This is usually a day care procedure. After surgery a compression garment is to be worn 24*7 for a minimum of 6 weeks. There could be some discomfort and possible swelling and bruising which resolves mostly in one week. You can resume light work after two days.
You can start walk after one week and lightweight exercise by fortnight. It is advisable to resume gym and heavy exercise after 4 weeks.
Results can be appreciated immediately after surgery. Most of the swelling subsides by 4 weeks and complete results are often seen after 3 months.
Is the result permanent?
Yes, results are permanent. You should continue with proper diet and exercise regime to maintain
that 6 pack abs
Is there any other method for chest and bicep enhancement?
